Group: RNA dynamics and biomolecular systems
to Group page

History :

Founded in october 2004, our group is interested in out-of-equilibrium biomolecular systems, in particular in folding and interaction dynamics of RNAs, in DNA nanotechnology, in genetic regulation networks and genome evolution.
Our experimental approaches (on RNA/DNA switches and RNA-based regulation networks) are based on traditional molecular biology techniques and our theoretical studies (on RNA folding dynamics, genetic regulation networks and genome evolution) rely on statistical and numerical physics approaches as well as on bioinformatics tools.
